Residents Stall Berlin Wind Turbine

BERLIN, Md. - Excitement over wind energy might be blowing over in Berlin.  According to the town administrator.

Residents who live across the street from where the proposed turbine would be built had some concerns with how loud the turbine would be, however, officials say this design is much less noisy than most.

The town expects to have a meeting with the residents to discuss the future of the project.
