Winter Weather Prompts Del. Bridge Speed Cut

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Winter weather is causing speed restrictions on the Delaware Memorial Bridge.
 
The Delaware Department of Transportation says the speed limit was lowered to 45 mph Tuesday morning on the bridge due to weather conditions.
 
Light snow fell in New Castle and Kent counties overnight. Forecasters say more snow is possible later in the week.
