Police Arrest Pair, Find 110 Bags Of Heroin

DOVER, Del. - Two Delaware men were arrested in Dover on a number of drug charges on Friday.

Kyle Dye and John Franklin were taken into custody after officers found 110 bags of heroin, 7 grams marijuana, .4 grams of cocaine, a 9mm semiautomatic handgun and a 44 magnum revolver.  They also found $6,000 cash.

According to reports, Franklin had an active warrant for first degree assault, and was held on $125,000 secure bond. He faces fire arms, drugs and child endangerment charges.

Dye was held on $3,000 unsecured bond, and faces drug and child welfare charges.
