Reports Show 4,900 Jobs Gained In Maryland

MARYLAND - New job numbers for the state of Maryland were released Friday. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, the state gained 4,900 jobs in the month of December. The private sector was the source of the rise, posting a total gain of 7,700 jobs. This is the best December for Maryland's private sector since 1990.
