WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Gov. Jack Markell and state economic development director Alan Levin are celebrating a public-private partnership aimed at fostering entrepreneurial activity in Delaware.

Markell and Levin were to join other officials in Wilmington on Friday for a ribbon cutting for Start it Up Delaware, or SIUD.

SIUD will serve as a hub for entrepreneurship, with support from Delaware's financial, accounting, legal and real estate communities.
