Construction Is On Time In Dewey Beach, Despite Superstorm Sandy

DEWEY BEACH, Del. -- Some good news for the construction project at Ruddertowne in Dewey Beach. WMDT has learned that Dewey Beach Enterprises has regained time lost from the effects of Superstorm Sandy. They remain on track to complete the first phase of construction, for the Memorial Day weekend Grand Opening.

The Hyatt Place Hotel will be the first three floors and the luxury condominiums on the top floor are known as The Residences at Lighthouse Cove Dewey Beach

The multi-phased Lighthouse Cove project is one of the largest private-sector construction projects underway in Delaware.

The third level structure was completed this week.
