SALISBURY, Md. - With a new year comes new year's resolutions and many have made commitments to get back into shape.

If you're looking for a new workout that's guaranteed to make you "sweat", you may want to head to a new fitness facility opening up in Salisbury.

It's called S.W.E.A.T and the speed, weight, endurance, agility, training workout will literally leave you dripping sweat from head to toe. Each workout is customized for everyone's fitness level.

"This is the ultimate when it comes to workout, because you're talking about multi-functional which basically hits all your body parts and you simply get something out of this," said Tony Taghipour, owner of S.W.E.A.T and Powerhouse Gym.

The brand originated in Seaford and has now made its way down to Salisbury. Coaches say each workout is built to test both body and mind.

The key to staying in shape and getting results is changing up the pace changing up your workouts," said Scott Ousley, S.W.E.A.T head coach.

WMDT asked a father-daughter team to describe the workout.

"It's pretty much getting you ready for sports and high school and softball season is coming up for me so I can help get ready with this class," said Sam McJilton.

"I'm glad it only went half of it because first time," said Darrell McJilton. "It takes your breathe away."

Taghipour says he is in the process of developing an app for S.W.E.A.T, designed to guide you through the workouts in case your coach is not available.

S.W.E.A.T is located next to Powerhouse Gym off of route 50 and is free to everyone for the next week. To learn more about S.W.E.A.T, head over to their website or their Facebook page.
