REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. - Delaware Police have arrested a man who was wanted on reported fraud charges.

Police say they arrested Maxwell Schenck, 24, yesterday afternoon following an anonymous tip that they received at their Lewes location, Troop 7.

He is charged with two counts of felony theft and 61 counts of unlawful use of a credit card.

Police say they responded to a residence located on Grandview Street in Lewes after they learned that Schenck was staying there with friends.

Schenck was reportedly taken into custody without incident and transported back to Troop 7 where he was processed.

Police say he is held under a $126,000 secured bond.

Schenck reportedly stole his grandmother's credit card and reportedly made purchases totaling more than $2,500.
