UPDATE: Vehicle Lands In River In Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md - An single vehicle accident in Salisbury ends with a car having to be pulled from the Wicomico river.

The accident reportedly occurred on Carroll Street in Salisbury.

According to reports there were two passengers in the vehicle. Officials say there were no serious injuries, but both passengers were taken to the hospital for precautionary measures.

The car was taken out by a tow truck late Thursday night.

Police tell WMDT that they do believe alcohol was a factor and an investigation is still on going.
