CAMDEN, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have arrested a man on a fifth offense DUI.
Authorities say a trooper clocked a car speeding in Camden about 12:50 a.m. Thursday. The trooper stopped the vehicle and began a DUI investigation.
The driver, 44-year-old Nelson E. Powell of Camden, was charged with fifth offense driving under the influence of alcohol. Speeding and other offenses.
Troopers say Powell was convicted of driving under the influence in 1991, 2000, 2006 and 2007.
