SUSSEX CO., Del. - A local county council will remain the same in the new year. Sussex County Council selected Michael Vincent, of Seaford, to be their president, for the third year in a row.
They also re-elected Samuel Wilson Jr., of Georgetown to stay on as vice president, for another year. J. Everett Moore Jr. was re-appointed as county attorney, who serves as the elected body's chief counsel.
Two law firms, Moore & Rutt and Griffin & Hackett were appointed as representatives for the Board of Adjustment and Planning & Zoning Commission respectively. Their staffs will assist county attorneys.
