Donta Mills, 35, of Salisbury
SALISBURY, Md. - A man accused of resisting arrest, is now behind bars. According to the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, a deputy saw someone riding a Four Wheeler through Billy Gene Jackson Park.
As the deputy approached, the man, later identified as Donta Mills, 35, of Salisbury, seemed to be cooperating. They say that as Mills was in the process of handing over his ID, he turned and tried to run from the scene. The deputy reportedly chased after Mills, and was able to take him into custody.
He was charged with resisting arrest and hinder and obstruct. Mills is being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.
