SALISBURY, Md. - A man accused of resisting arrest, is now behind bars. According to the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, a deputy saw someone riding a Four Wheeler through Billy Gene Jackson Park.

As the deputy approached, the man, later identified as Donta Mills, 35, of Salisbury, seemed to be cooperating.
