DOVER, Del. - A shooting suspect is at large in Kent County, after a victim showed up at the hospital with a gunshot wound. Dover Police say that a little before midnight on January 5th, a 22-year-old shooting victim arrived at the Bayhealth/Kent General Hospital ER, with a gunshot wound to his left arm.
Dover Police Criminal Investigations Unit investigated the S. Police say that the victim would not cooperate with the investigation, or the identification of the suspect. They reportedly have no motive for the shooting. The shooter is facing 2nd degree assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony charges.
