GEORGETOWN, Del. - Two organizations have joined forces, for an infusion of good brew and great food, to raise money for a local organization.
16 Mile Brewery, and non-profit group Rehoboth Inspired Chefs, are creating what's called Collaboration Brew. One flavor is called "Post Apocalyptic Porter" which consists of orange zest, dried pepper and cocoa powder.
"This one is going to the Delaware Food Bank, so it's just a great thing where chefs with great ideas come together, with local brewing and do something great for the community," said Hari Cameron, Chef Owner at Muse Restaurant.
Another beer in the making is an oyster stout. No word yet on when these beers will be available for tasting.
