OCEAN CITY, Md. - Jim Dykes, 64, of Ocean City died December 30, 2012 at his home. Born in Salisbury, he was the son of the late William and Louise S. Dykes.
Jim was a retired correctional officer from ECI in Westover, MD. He was a US Air Force veteran serving from 1968 – 1971 and served two tours of duty in Vietnam.

He is survived by a sister, Janet Bennett of Fruitland and a nephew, Bruce Giordano of Ocean City.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2012 at 11:00 am at Zion Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to Forbes Center, 22121 Royal Oak Rd., Quantico, MD 21856.
