Recycling Services Expands To Del. Apartment Complexes

WMDT 47 NEWS - The New Year marks the expansion of a three-year long recycling project in Delaware.

Starting today, apartment complexes will be offering single-stream recycling services. Just like trash collection, all recyclables are tossed together into one container for pick-up, separate from trash bins.

Commercial businesses will be required to participate in a comprehensive recycling program no later than January 1, 2014.
