Troopers Investigating 3-Vehicle Crash In Del.

MILFORD, Del.  - Delaware State Police are investigating a three-vehicle crash in Milford that involved a tractor trailer and two cars.
    
Troopers say the crash happened Sunday about 1:25 p.m. on Bay Road. Troopers say a tractor-trailer driver, 33-year-old Steven Popa of Smyrna, hit the back of a Nissan Xterra that was coming to a stop for a traffic light. The driver of the Xterra then hit the rear of a minivan.
    
Popa, who was not injured in the crash, was cited for inattentive driving. Two passengers in the minivan, a 77-year-old woman and a 78-year-old man, were transported to a hospital and were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Xterra and a 10-year-old passenger were uninjured.
