UPDATE: Salisbury Water Main Break Fixed

Posted: Updated:

SALISBURY, Md. - A Monday morning water main break that left some area homes and businesses without water, has been repaired. City of Salisbury officials say that around 8:15 AM on Monday, the main broke at the intersection of North Rt. 13 and Priscilla Street.

Public Works crews had to turn off 5 valves to fix the main. This left 5 homes on Middle Neck Lane and the businesses from Pep Boys on Priscilla Street to Boulevard Motors on both North and South bound Route 13, without water.

One lane of North Route 13 was closed while the main was repaired. The main was fully fixed by 12:30 PM. Residents should contact Public Works Water & Sewer Branch at 410-548-3105 with any questions.
