Posted: Updated:

ACCOMACK, Va. -- A fire Saturday night on Parksley Road makes 37 total fires in Accomack County.

Virginia State Police responded to a fire in the 25000 block of Parksley Road, where a three-sided abandoned structure was engulfed in flames.  No injuries were involved.

The string of arsons began a month ago, and at times, have topped four fires a day. Parksley has been a main target with eight fires. All but four of the 37 have been residential structures.

According to officials, the arsonist will face upwards of 10 years in prison and a $100,000 fine for each structure burnt.

There is now a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
