Posted: Updated:

HARRINGTON, Del. - Delaware State Police have dismantled their second reported methamphetamine lab in Harrington, in the last two days. The DSP Kent County Drug Unit has been investigating this possible meth lab in a Lewis Pond Lane home for about a month.

Authorities arrived at the home on Wednesday around 3:00 PM, where Michael Ratledge, 46, let them look around outside the house. Police say they then searched inside with a warrant, and say they found equipment and component mixtures of the manufacturing stages of Meth along with key ingredients in making the drug as well as other drug paraphernalia.

Ratledge was arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at JTVCC on $21,000 bail. Police say that this is Ratledge's second arrested for manufacturing meth at his house, the first was on September 2nd. Charges in that case are still pending.

The first bust happened on Tuesday, on Vernon Road. For more information, click here.
