Arrested:
Wanted: Deborah L. Winterbottom
HARRINGTON, Del. - A month long police investigation wrapped up with an arrest, but Police are still looking for another.
Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit searched a Vernon Road home, on Tuesday around 12:45 PM. At the house they arrested Brandon Silbereisen, 25. There were also apparently three more adults and a 15-month-old child were taken out of the home before the search.
Once inside detectives said they found equipment and component mixtures of the manufacturing stages of Methamphetamine, along with key ingredients for making the drug, and other drug paraphernalia. Silbereisen was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, 2nd degree conspiracy, endangering the welfare of a child, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at JTVCC on $4,250 bond.
Silbereisen's aunt, Deborah Winterbottom, 44, who also lives at the house, is wanted on the same charges for her alleged involvement. Anyone with information on Winterbottom's whereabouts, is asked to contact Troop 3 at 302-697-4454 or Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333, text DSP to CRIMES (274637), or at www.tipsubmit.com.
None of the other adults located in the residence were charged in this incident.
