SALISBURY, Md. - A local organization has donated the funds from their golf tournament to go towards disaster relief. Perdue AgriBusiness, Inc. gave the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore's Disaster Relief Fund $1,575.
The money was the proceeds from their annual "Turkey Open" golf tournament. Donations to the fund are used to help recover efforts from Hurricane Sandy, right here on the Lower Eastern Shore.
