DOVER, Del. - A Dover man was arrested on drug and weapons charges. Delaware State Police Kent County Governor's Task Force say that they searched the South State Street home of 25-year-old Franklin Harrison, a level II probationer.
During that search they reportedly found a fully loaded .40 caliber Glock handgun, and two additional magazines. They also searched Harrison's car, where they say they found 12 packages of heroin, totaling .24 grams, and more than $600 cash, suspected to be drug proceeds.
Harrison was arrested, and charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, possession of ammunition by person prohibited, possession with intent to deliver heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held on $30,500 bond.
