UPDATE: One Found Dead During Magnolia Mobile Home Fire

MAGNOLIA, Del. - Officials have released the ages of the three individuals who were injured in a Wednesday night fire, that also took the life of one. Officials say when they arrived there were flames shooting out of the house trailer.

Once inside firefighters reportedly found one person dead, and 3 others injured. A 56-year-old woman, and a 2-year-old girl are both at the Crozer Burn Center, the woman is listed in critical condition, the little girl is listed in serious condition. A 14-year-old boy was treated for burns and abrasions at Kent General Hospital, and has since been released.

Investigators are still looking into where and why the fire started. An autopsy will be preformed on the deceased to determined the cause of death. The Identity will be released after notifying the next of kins. Damages caused by the fire to the trailer are estimated at $35,000.

The investigation into this incident is still on-going. Anyone with information about this fire should call the State Fire Marshal's Headquarters Division at 302-739-4447.
