Dover Man Arrested On Shooting Charges

DOVER, Del. - A Dover man is under arrest and charged with two separate shootings.

Police say the most recent happened Saturday on River Road. According to officials 22-year-old Rakiim Strickland opened fire on a vehicle traveling in the area. And last month, police say he shot at a house on the same road.  Three people including two children were inside at the time.

No one was hurt in either incident. Strickland now faces several charges.
