HURLOCK, Md. - Two search warrants lands two people in handcuffs in Hurlock.
According to the report, Dorchester County Narcotic's Task Force says they searched two homes, one on Payne Road, and one on South Main Street. Police say that there was nothing at the Payne Road home, but they found 37 baggies of crack cocaine, totaling more than 13 grams, 3 grams of marijuana, and$180 cash, at the South Main Street home.
Carlos Batson, 38, and Tinia Marie Grant, 31, both of Hurlock were arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. Batson was released on $75,000 bond and Gant was released on $25,000 bond.
