VIRGINIA - Some much need help is on the way for Sandy victims along the Eastern Shore. The Small Business Administration is offering low interest disaster loans for residents and businesses on Virginia's Eastern Shore impacted by the storm. Loans for up to $200,000 are available to homeowners to repair and replace damaged real estate. Both homeowners and renters may be eligible for up to $40,000 to repair or replace personal property.
