Alleged Drugs In a School Zone Lands One Man Behind Bars

HURLOCK, Md. - A man was arrested after police allegedly found him with drugs, in a school zone.

Hurlock Police say they responded to a disturbance on Delaware Avenue, where they found 20-year-old Wayne Cornish. Police say that he continued to be disorderly with the officer, so they arrested him. They reportedly found marijuana on him.

Cornish was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of marijuana, and disorderly conduct. He is being held on $50,000 bond.
