WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police say an underground fire darkened numerous traffic lights.
Wilmington police say one downtown traffic light remained out Monday morning from the outage that started Sunday morning. Police say stop signs were placed at some locations while crews restored power.
The outage that began about 5:30 a.m. also closed downtown parking garages. Delmarva Power says about 100 customers were affected and service might not be fully restored until late Monday morning.
