WMDT 47 NEWS - Merriam Webster has put together a list of the ten most looked-up words of 2012.

Socialism and capitalism made the top two.  The biggest spikes happened right after each party's political convention -- and after each presidential debate. Number eight on the list, malarkey from Vice President Biden's debate with Congressman Paul Ryan.  Number nine is schadenfreud,  which means "pleasure derived from the misfortunes of others."  For the full list visit Merriam-Webster Online
