SALISBURY, Md. - It's an emotional update on a story we here at WMDT have been following for years and many here on the shore hold near and dear to their hearts. Brooke Mulford and her family returned home from a trip to Philadelphia Thursday. There, during a CT scan, doctors discovered Brooke has relapsed with Neuroblastoma, a cancer of the nerve tissue. At this time, her family is asking for prayers and well wishes as they plan their next step in this very difficult journey. And our thoughts are definitely with this beautiful little girl, and her family.
