Milton Man Arrested On Rape Charges

MILLSBORO, Del. - Police have arrested a Milton man, after he allegedly raped a teenager. Milton Police say they started investigating 35-year-old John Piper, after getting a tip that he had sex with a 17-year-old in Milton.

That investigation showed that the incidents happened in the un-incorporated area of Millsboro. Piper was arrested, charged with 2 counts of rape 4th degree, and is being held on $20,000 bond at SCCI.He was ordered no contact order for the victim and anyone under 18.
