Del. Inmate Who Failed To Return Apprehended

GEORGETOWN, Del. (AP) - The Delaware Department of Correction says an inmate who failed to return from an authorized pass has been apprehended.
    
Officials say 21-year-old Michael Thomas of Wilmington left the Sussex Community Corrections Center in Georgetown on Sept. 16. He was apprehended in Wilmington on Wednesday.
    
Officials say Thomas had been convicted of violation of probation - possession of a firearm by person prohibited.
