
EASTON, Md. - An Easton man was arrested after allegedly stealing twice from one store.
According to the Easton Police Department on Monday a little before 4:00 PM, a man stole two sets of headphones, totaling $300, from Wal-Mart, and then fled. An investigation into the incident, using the surveillance footage, lead them to identify the man as 45-year-old James Jahon Mast, of Easton.
Police say that again on Tuesday, they were called to the Wal-Mart about a stolen digital camera. According to Police they once again, saw it was Mast on the surveillance footage, who took the camera.
Police found Mast at the intersection of Dover Road and Ocean Gateway. He is charged with theft under $1,000. Mast was also wanted for not showing up in court, twice. He is being held at the Talbot County Detention Center on $17,500 bail.
