Eric Bodenwesier Case Review Pushed Back

GEORGETOWN, Del. - Eric Bodenweiser's case review set for today has now been moved to January 22nd.

The former State Senate candidate is facing 113 child sex abuse charges. The victim, now 35, alleges Bodenweiser raped him on numerous occasions when he was between the ages of 10 through 13.

Bodenweiser has pleaded not guilty.
