The Delaware State Police Issue a Gold Alert For Lewes Resident

LEWES, DE- The Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for a missing Lewes man.

State Police are currently searching for Travis A. Lewis of Lewes, DE. He was last seen at his residence on Pinetown Road at approximately 8:40 p.m. Sunday evening when he left on foot and hasn't been seen or heard from since. 

Lewis is described as a black male, 6'02" tall and 300 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. It's been reported that he has a medical condition and, because of it, Police say there is a real concern for his safety.

Troopers are asking anyone who may have any information as to the whereabouts of Travis Lewis to contact Troop 7 at 302-644-5020. Callers can also submit information via the internet at www.tipsubmit.com.
