OC Recreation and Parks Experience Frequent Outages From Sandy

OCEAN CITY, Md. - It appears the Ocean City Recreation and Parks Department is still dealing some issues from the Superstorm.    

Northside Park is experiencing frequent network outages with their phones, computers and connection to servers.  They hope to get the issue fixed as soon as possible.  But, not to worry.  We're told this has not had an impact on the Winterfest of Lights.
