DOVER, Del. - Dover Police have arrested a man who attempted to rob the M-and-T bank on Walker Road Wednesday morning.

Michael J. Taylor reportedly entered the bank acting as if he had a handgun, and handed the teller a note demanding money. Police say he took off with $4,000 in cash. A patrol officer spotted Taylor on College Road and took him into custody at gunpoint. We're told no one was injured in the process.
