Man Accused Of Breaking Into Home And Stealing A Beer

SALISBURY, Md. - A man is facing burglary charges after allegedly stealing a beer. According to the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, Timothy Skinner, 28, who has no fixed address, walked into a Roseberry Avenue home, and was poking around in the homeowners refrigerator.

Police say that Skinner wandered around the house for a bit before finally leaving. The deputy says they found Skinner at the intersection of Roseberry Avenue and Old Ocean City Road, with a cold can of Coors Light, that had been taken, in his hand.

Skinner reportedly started resisting arrest, causing the deputy to used force to take him into custody. Skinner is charged with burglary, theft, and resisting arrest. He is being held at the Detention Center on $75,000 bond.
