Two Men Arrested For Sex Offense

PARSONBURG, Md. - Two Maryland residents were arrested after allegedly inappropriately touching a female.

Police say the female victim reported that she was confronted by both 20-year-old Dylan Kelly of Powellville and 19-year-old Korey Bratten of Willards. During this incident, both Kelly and Bratten allegedly made unwanted sexual advance on the female that led to inappropriate touching by both Kelly and Bratten. The victim also informed that deputy that the two men kept her from leaving the residence during this reported incident.

Both men were arrested and were detained in the Detention Center in lieu of $25,000.00 bond each.
