Delaware Fourth District Municipal Elections

A seat is up for grabs in Delaware's 4th District to choose the successor to Councwilwoman Sophia Russell, who died in October.

The election will be held in Dover on Tuesday, November 27. Two candidates - Wallace Dixon and Bernhard Greenfield - are vying for the seat.
