Delaware Police Investigate Fatal Pedestrian Crash

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman who was running across a road in Wilmington.
 
Police say a 37-year-old woman was running across Concord Pike on Thursday night when she was struck by an SUV. The woman was taken to Christiana Hospital where she died.
 
Police identified the driver as 76-year-old Carl Golden of Wilmington. He was not injured. No charges have been filed in the crash.
