WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police are looking for two women who shoplifted, one of whom assaulted an employee who confronted them.
It happened Friday at the CVS on North Maryland Avenue in Wilmington. Police say the women entered the store and put about $300 worth of merchandise in their clothing.
Troopers say a store employee confronted the women when they started to leave, and one woman punched and scratched the employee.
The women fled in a car. The employee did not require medical attention.
