MILFORD, Del. – On November 20th,
2012, the Milford Police Narcotics Division with the assistance of Kent County
Delaware State Police Special Investigation Unit and Kent Probation &
Parole, arrested and charged a Milford man at the conclusion of a month long
investigation.
Todd D. Culver, 44, of Milford was
arrested and charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver Methamphetamines
and Manufacturing with the Intent to Deliver Methamphetamines. During the
Investigation, Narcotics Detectives discovered that Culver was dealing Meth and
operating a motor vehicle to transport supplies. He was attempting to cook the
drug when detectives took him into custody.
Also on that day, during a separate
joint investigation, Milford Police Narcotics Detectives along with Kent County
Delaware State Police Special Investigation Unit and DNREC executed a search
warrant at a residence in Houston, Delaware.
Lawrence Stockman, 28, of Houston,
was arrested and charged with Manufacturing with the Intent to Deliver
Methamphetamines and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. During the search
warrant, Narcotics Detectives found an active Meth laboratory had been
constructed in the residence.
Stockman was found in possession of
ingredients to manufacture Meth during this investigation.
