Investigators Looking For Wanted Sex Offender

MAGNOLIA, Del. - The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and registration Unit is  looking for a Magnolia sex offender after he failed to verify his current address.

Investigators have obtained warrants on Earl J. Ross, 53 of Magnolia, who is a low risk Tier 1 sex offender, after they learned that he failed to register his home address and had not notified S.O.A.R. of his status within 3 days of any change as he is required to do by law.

 Earl J. Ross is described as a black male, 6'03" tall and 215 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.

 The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is asking anyone who may know the location of Earl J. Ross to call 9-1-1 or 302-739-5882.
