Police Looking For Suspects In Two Alleged Salisbury Robberies

SALISBURY, Md. - Salisbury Police are looking for a number of suspects, in two different robberies that happened over the weekend. On Saturday night, around 7:30 PM, police say that a man was walking alone on Roger Street, when three men walking, and one on a bike, approached him.

The victim reportedly told police that the suspect on the bike, demanded money from him, and then punched him in the face, causing him to fall to the ground. Police say that while the victim was on the ground, the suspects took his belongings and fled. The victim was treated for facial injuries and released from PRMC. The suspects are described as four black males, 17-18-years-old, wearing dark clothing.

Salisbury Police are also investigating an unrelated armed robbery, that occurred Sunday night, a little after 8:30 PM. They say outside, in the parking lot, of the Coin-Op Laundry on Ocean Gateway, a woman was sitting in her vehicle, and was confronted by a man with a handgun demanding money.

The victim and the suspect reportedly got into a scuffle, during which the suspect dropped the handgun. Police say that the suspect, then grabbed the woman's purse and fled. The suspect is described as a black 20-year-old male, around 5' 6" tall, weighting 170 pounds, last seen wearing a dark colored toboggan, a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and pants.
