MILTON, Del. - An arrest has been made in Sunday's shooting in Milton. However, Delaware State Troopers say two suspects are still at large for allegedly shooting and injuring a 23-year-old man.

25-year-old Jarrel Flowers turned himself in Sunday afternoon in Georgetown. He is charged with 1st degree robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and 2nd degree conspiracy. He is being held on $42,000 bond at Sussex Correctional Institution.

Now Detectives are looking for Mark Phillips, 22, of Greenwood, and Teveya Brittingham, 24, of Lewes. If you know of their whereabouts, give Crime Stoppers a call at 1-800-TIP-3333.
