Additional Suspect Arrested In Pocomoke Stabbing

POCOMOKE CITY, Md. - Police arrested have a second man in connection with a stabbing that occurred in Pocomoke City last month, a third is still wanted.

Pocomoke City Police Officers arrested Mark Drummond, 28, of Pocomoke City, on 1st and 2nd degree assault, conspiracy of assault 1st and 2nd degree charges. The offenses stem from a September 18th stabbing of a Pocomoke City resident.

On October 2nd, police arrested Desmond Roberts Jr., in connection with the same stabbing, he was later released pending trial.

Police say that a third suspect is still on the loose. They are looking for Laquan "Ziggy" Townsend, 18, of Princess Anne, who they say was also involved in the crime.
