Virginia Higher Education Council To Discuss Budget Matters

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - The State Council of Higher Education for Virginia will act on budget items and other matters at its meeting on Monday.
 
The agenda includes 2012-2014 systemwide operating and maintenance reserve budget amendments, institutional performance measures, and recommendations by the Higher Education Advisory Committee.
 
The council also will act on whether to certify two postsecondary institutions to operate in Virginia. The institutions are Assured Training and Morrison Dental Assistant School.
 
Council members also will discuss the enrollment projection process for 2014-2020.
