CRISFIELD, Md. - If you'd like to help the relief effort in Crisfield or if you need any assistance, Crisfield Recovery is there to help out.
It's a non-profit, volunteer organization that will do any of the following needs: remove trees and limbs; remove flooring and drywall; repair furnaces; electrical work; loan space heaters; donate furniture; and donate appliances
Just go on their website at www.crisfieldrecovery.org and either fill out a volunteer form or tell them what you need done.

VOLUNTEER
Unaffiliated volunteers: Any individual who wishes to volunteer should be
directed to the website. www.crisfieldrecovery.org/volunteer
and invited to register or to look on that site for the next community-wide
volunteer opportunity. Those who register may be contacted by our volunteer
coordinator. We do not have the staff to receive calls or schedule
opportunities for individual volunteers who call.
Build teams: Any build team or "ERT" should have the head of
their organization contact our Operations Director, Charlotte Wilson, in
advance of their planned trip. They should provide their skills, size of
the team, name of team members, and desired dates. All teams should
pre-register before coming to Crisfield.
Affiliated build teams/ERTs

Prepared food distribution
is ENDING. As of Saturday, Nov. 17,
2012, the daily prepared meals at Immanuel Church will end. Their food pantry
will continue its regular operations.
